The West African Journal of Physical and Health Education (WAJOPHE) invites researchers, scholars, and practitioners in the field of physical and health education to contribute their original research and scholarly articles for publication in our upcoming issue.
WAJOPHE is a peer-reviewed journal published annually by the Department of Human Kinetics at the prestigious University of Ibadan. The journal serves as a platform for the dissemination of high-quality research findings, perspectives, and experiences in the areas of sports science, exercise physiology, health promotion, physical education, and sports management.
We welcome submissions that present innovative research, theoretical advancements, practical applications, and critical reviews in the field of physical and health education. Submissions may address a wide range of topics, including but not limited to:
- Physical education curriculum development.
- Exercise physiology and sports performance.
- Health promotion and wellness initiatives.
- Sports management and administration.
- Adapted physical education and inclusive practices.
