The study examined the perceived effects of increasing football organisation performance through effective talent recruitment management. Three research hypotheses were raised to guide the study. A self-developed questionnaire was used to elicit information from the respondents and tested for reliability through a test-retest approach, yielding (r=0.73. Findings from the study showed that talent recruitment practices significantly affect talent recruitment (X2(12) = 219.95, p <0.05). It was also revealed that talent recruitment management does not significantly affect organisational performance in Nigerian football organisations (X2(12) = 131.17, p <0.05) and finally that talent recruitment management significantly had relative contributions to the success of Nigerian football organisations (X2(12) = 88.43, p <0.05) respectively.
