The study examined the influence of accommodation/hospitality services on tourists’ satisfaction at tourism centres in Cross River State, Nigeria. A research question was raised and null hypothesis formulated to guide the study. Survey research design was adopted for the study. A sample of 154 adult tourists was used as sample from nine tourism sites. The purposive sampling technique used to select the tourists’ sites, while accidental sampling technique was utilized for the subjects of the study. Tourism Services and Satisfaction Scale(TSSS) developed by the researchers and validated by expert was the instrument used to collect data. Simple regression analysis was utilized to test the hypothesis at .05 level of significance. The result finding revealed that quality of accommodation/hospitality services significantly influenced tourists’ satisfaction. Based on this finding, it was recommended among others that the state government of Cross River State should review her taxation and tariffs policy, in order to attract foreign investors’ contributions to the tourism sector, in terms of building affordable and fascinating accommodations.
